Full Time Mother :
24h/shift/day, 7 days/week, 52 weeks/annum,
no leave, not even a sabbatical one,
no day off, no promotion,
no salary increase,
much more unpaid overtime,
with dazzling prerequisite as book keeper and accountant,
cook chef, inspector for the children,
policewomen for overspeeding in speaking, manners, courtesy and self confidence,
teacher cum coach plus honorable walking dictionary,
tv-video-games watchdog,
mechanic for any trouble or disruption of toys, children gadgets and shoe lace problems,
lost and found duty manager for any missing-things-in-the-house,
children version bible translator,
paramedics plus peacemaker in most emergency cases at home and between every quarrel,
manager of all topsy turvy bedrooms plus messy livingroom and pets (if any),
laundry and cleaning manager,
housekeeper,
instant alarm for 5.15am except during holiday, and many more.

So much qualification which need a lot of encouragement, tender loving care approach, peaceful mind warm heart and strong bones yet sensitive heart to probe a teardrop hassle in homeworks and fussy sleep, and a positive attitude towards every inch of children steps roaming into their world.
